30 Day Return Policy

Products sold by Skorarunningsales.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or 30 days from the date your online order is delivered.

Returned Products

Unused products are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. All products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Original Method of Payment

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment only.

Return Processing Time

Please allow up to two weeks to process your return once received.

Damaged Product

If your product was damaged in shipping please let us know upon receiving the merchandise and we will have a new replacement sent out immediately.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you had to return the product because we've sent the product to you in error.

Send All Returns Prepaid Freight and Insured

No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product. Skorarunningsales.com will not be responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in shipping en route back to Skorarunningsales.com.
